This explains what aedo1.com collects, why, and who else touches it. It is written to be read, not survived. If anything here is unclear or looks wrong, email us and we will fix it.
1. Who we are
AEDO1 is a project of Network Frequency, LLC, Atlanta, Georgia, USA, the data controller. Contact: info@netfreq.tv. A postal address is available on request.
2. What we collect, and why
Almost nothing, and only what a specific feature needs. There is no tracking pixel network here, no data broker, and no profile being assembled about you.

What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your email, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
- We do not run advertising trackers, and the analytics we do run is configured to deny advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalisation.
- We do not store your IP address when you join the waitlist. The signup route records your email, your stated interest, your optional note, and the time, and nothing else.
- We do not use anything you send us to train AI models.
3. Cookies and analytics
Until you choose, this site contacts no third party at all and stores nothing on your device. Nothing from Google is requested, downloaded or run before you click Accept. If you click Decline, no third-party request is ever made, and the only thing then stored is the record of that refusal itself.
If you click Accept, we load Google Analytics 4 so we can see which stories people actually read and which channels bring them. That sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_4RK1EJZTKD, each lasting two years, used to tell one browser from another so visits are not double-counted.
One thing we store either way. Whichever button you press, we save that answer alone in your browser’s local storage under aedo1_consent_v1. It holds nothing but the word granted or denied, and it exists so we can honour your choice instead of asking on every page.
You can change your mind at any time. This is the withdrawal right in §5 made operational rather than merely promised, pressing it also deletes any analytics cookies already on this device:
Declining costs you nothing. Every page, story and link behaves identically either way; there is no content behind the banner.
4. Who else touches it
Our processors, and what each one is for:
- Supabase, the database and sign-in that hold the waitlist, accounts and purchase records.
- Amazon Web Services, hosting, video storage, transcoding and delivery.
- Stripe, payments. Stripe receives your card details directly; we receive only the amount, the outcome, and a reference.
- Google, analytics, only if you accepted. Decline and no data about you reaches Google at all.
Transfers outside the EEA and UK. All four are US-headquartered. Where your data reaches the United States it is transferred under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where that does not apply, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to do any of the following and we will, you do not need to cite a statute:
- See what we hold about you.
- Correct anything wrong.
- Delete it.
- Get a copy in a portable format.
- Object to processing, or ask us to restrict it.
- Withdraw consent, for analytics, the button above does it immediately; for the waitlist, one email removes you.
Email info@netfreq.tv and we will respond within 30 days. No charge, and we will not treat you differently for asking. If you are in the EU or UK and think we have handled this badly you may complain to your national supervisory authority, we would rather you told us first.
6. How long
- Waitlist entries: until we launch and email you, or until you ask to be removed, whichever comes first.
- Accounts: for as long as the account exists, then deleted on request.
- Purchase records: kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, because we are not free to delete those on request.
- Analytics: held by Google on their standard retention schedule; the cookies expire after two years or when you withdraw, whichever is sooner.
7. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit and HSTS is enforced. The waitlist table is not readable by the public, the signup route deliberately runs with elevated credentials on the server so the table never has to be exposed to the browser. A duplicate signup returns success rather than telling a stranger that an address is already registered, because that would turn the form into an account-existence oracle.
8. Children
AEDO1 is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
If we change this materially, a new processor, a new category of data, a new purpose, we will update the date at the top. That is a commitment, not a formality: this page is part of any change that affects it.
